Why hello, and happy Monday to you! I hope that your week is starting off on the right foot.
I am not going to lie; despite my best efforts to lead a healthy lifestyle, I have been feeling under the weather this week. It has been a struggle to keep food down, let alone get a post out.
With that being said, please forgive me if the following musing is a little unconventional. The dehydration has left me in a bit of a brain fog to say the least.
It is that time of year again; the holidays are wrapping up, and everyone is scurrying to get their "New Years Resolutions" in order.
While I openly welcome any opportunity to meditate on the meaning of life, or reason to ruminate on resolutions--Personally, I don't buy in to all of the hype surrounding "New Years Resolutions". I believe that any given day can be a springboard for change. In theory, we should all continually be striving to be the best versions of ourselves. I am not trying to be a "Negative Nancy", I just feel as though you can (and should) evaluate your life more than once a year.
