Yogurt Covered Strawberries
-Organic Vanilla Greek Yogurt*
-Fresh Ripe Organic Strawberries
-Stevia to taste
One individual 6 oz serving of yogurt should cover approximately 8-10 strawberries
* If you would like to go dairy free, substitute any of these vegan yogurt alternatives
-Wash the strawberries, and slice the green tops off
-Spoon the yogurt onto a shallow dish, and roll the strawberries in the yogurt
-Place dipped strawberries in a plastic container lined with parchment paper and freeze until ready to serve
-Sprinkle with stevia prior to serving as desired
Although I am featuring this recipe for Valentine's Day, this treat is a great healthy option for any event or celebration!
