As I highlighted last week, I am making a conscious effort to "live in the moment" --and this week that translates to soaking up as much of this wonderful weather as I can--my patio has become my new "office", and all of my workouts have transitioned to outdoor activities: hiking biking, and yoga in the park.
This mini "heat wave" has had my body craving a thick, creamy, velvety smoothies each morning, and/or mid-afternoon ;-) In congruence with my cravings, and in celebration of National Spinach Day (***Not to mention a belated tribute to St. Patrick's Day & warm welcome to the official arrival of Spring) I would love to share my green smoothie recipe! |
